Wow...I Really like this information of words & their true meanings or origins because I can see how it makes sense in relation to legal terms, law, finances, courts etc. Would like to understand and know more....my only questions are So should we?: A)- Not sign traffic tickets? (But if you don't sign, you don't get a copy and if you don't get a copy how then will you mail it to your sec. Of state?) B)- If summoned to court and you supposedly are not required by maritime admiralty laws to enter the stand or go past the gate then how do you avoid being fined or arrested or imprisoned?
