In Jordan's era the east was better up until 1992. As neither the Celtics nor the Pistons were title contenders anymore while teams like the Suns, Trailblazers, Rockets, Jazz, Supersonics, and even the Spurs started to dominate the NBA, alongside the Bulls. But it didn't matter as the Bulls defeated them in the finals. But the difference was made clear in Lebron's era as he was cruising past the east while losing in 6 or less games in the finals by the Spurs, Macs, and Warriors, and even missing on the playoffs or not making it out of the conference when he moved to the west.
@adamm278710 ай бұрын
I just pointed this out to somebody else. From 2003-2018, when Lebron was in the East: The East had 38 teams with 50 wins or more and 15 teams with 20 wins or fewer. The West had 72 teams with 50 wins or more and 8 teams with 20 wins or fewer. It's not even close.

Also key players to that pistons team were under 30 and in their prime especially Thomas, Rodman and Dumars. The only "old" key player was Laimbeer who was 33. I just find it funny how his fans call his teammates bums, when those bum teammates outplayed Lebron several times including shutting Duncan down to his worse playoff performance of the year. That Cavs team ranked 2nd in defense and 3rd in offense for the entire playoffs in 07, no other team in the eastern conference ranked in the top 5, and you don’t get top 3 in both of those categories because of 1 player, it’s a team effort there. LeBron played great in spots in those playoffs, but he also shot 42% from the field and 28% from 3 for the playoffs, he was good but nothing special.

Lebron is the biggest fraud. Not even a top 10 player of all time. He can’t shoot free throws (never shot at least 80% from free throw in 20 years), a poor mid range shooter, below average 3 shooter, bad defender, no post game, chokes in big games. And he colludes to stack his team and keep players off rival teams. Look at the Klutch NBA clients list. Almost every player on that list has been traded to a Lebron team on an uneven trade or a below market free agent deal. And they have kept players off rival teams. For example, Marcus Morris wasn’t even informed the Clippers offered him a deal. He has to sign to the Knicks then get traded back to the Clippers after he dropped Klutch management. Klutch sports should be banned from the NBA for all the illegal stuff they do. It’s clear collusion to boost Lebrons weak legacy.

They never take into a into account how he was turned into a spot up shooter and that wasnt his game you have to change your game to play with Lebron. His GOAT case falls apart when you push aside the media agendas and look at the objective facts.

OTHER THING TO PROVE MJ GOAT Mj is better then Lebron 1. More steals then Lebron 2. More PPG 3. Layups we’re better( Id someone was going to block him he would swich and make with the other hand 4. His defense and dunks were better 5. His playmaking was better 6. His free throws were better 7. More points in one game… Mj 69 Lebron 61 points 8. More clutch shots 9. MJ’s post fade was a 80 percent, lebrons was 50 10. His acceleration and speed was faster( important because he can steal the ball more easily) 11. Dunks were better 12. Lebron had higher rebound because Rodman rebounded, Mj would Mj rebound when he has one of the best rebounders in the game 13. Lebron is the highest scorer in the nba, he shot 1500+ more threes then MJ 14. Lebron played 20 years, Mj played 15 and still has 32 thousand points. If Mj played 5 more years like Lebron, he would be projected to have 40 thousand points. This is because there are 82 games in one season Mj scores 30 points a game. 82 times 30 is 2460 points in one season. If he played 5 more like Lebron that would be 12k points. Combined with his 32k that would be 44k, higher than Lebron… 42k is a better because of if Mj misses games or get injured.( Missing or injured for a entire season+) 16. Mj played less seasons and still won mvp against Larry bird, magic, Scottie pippin, Kareem Isaiah Thomas, Julius Erving, Reggie miller, John Stockton, Charles Barkley, Gary Payton Karl Malone and other 17. MJs Championship teamScottie, Rodman, Kerr, magic, Larry and Ron Harper LeBrons Championship team Kyrie, Jr, Kevin love, James jones, Shane battier, AD, Dwade, Dwight, rondo, Mcgee, bosh, Tristan thompson, shaq( short period of time), Derrick rose and oden. 18. MJ has more gold medals then Lebron 19. Won the dunk contest against spuds and Wilkins 2 amazing dunkers 20. BLOCK PERCENTAGE IS TIED(regular season) 21. 6 finals MVPs 22. Michael Jordan has 10 scoring titles, Lebron has 1 23. The athletic organization surveyed 103 nba active player and 67 percent of them said Mj 24. The athletic organization also surveyed retired legends and 78 percent of them said Mj is better 25. Lebron won 4 out of 20 finals he been too, Mj won 6-15 finals 26. He had intimidated everyone that played against him 27. Even shaq says that Mj is better( he thinks Kobe and Lebron are the same(not true}). 28. Mj has a more accurate jump shot 29. Best scorer ever in the playoffs 30. Only player to never score less then 15 points in one game 31. ( scored less then 20 6 times) 32. Every playoff game he play he out scored every single person except one game(rookie season) 33. Only player to average 40 ppg for a entire playoff series more then once 34. Only player to avegae 40ppg in the same playoffs 35. 8 50 point playoff performances(most ever 36. Most 40 and 30. Point games in the post season 37. Lebron Kobe and wily only out of 50 points 7 times combined. MJ has 8 by himself 38. Only person to score past 40 points above the age of 40 39. More 40 point games then games less then 20 points( record) 40. 173 games with 40 points 41. Only 146 games under 20points( regular season too) 42. Lebron has 235 games where he scored less the 20 points. 70 games where he scored more then 40 43. Mj had 146 games under 20 and 173 games with 40 points 44. Most block shots ever rejected by a guard 45. 6 season with more the 200 steals(record) 46. Highest player efficiency 47. Highest winshares per 48 mins ever 48. Highest box +- 49. Highest usage rate 50. Was half drunk during a game and scored 44 points(drank 12 beers the same day my as a game)

Lebron fans logic: Jordan played against bums, but his teammates were hall of famers, everybody in the 90s was shit except for the Bulls, Jordan had too much help.
@ricosauve511 ай бұрын
A video breakdown of how the nba now counts assist needs to be made. We always here that crap about LeBron makes teammates better just because of the amount of assists he gets. But the nba counts what a assist is vastly different than Jordan's times. In today's game guys can make a basketball move, do whatever and it still will count as a assist because he had received a pass. In Jordan's time for it to count as a assist the pass had to lead to a direct bucket. Obviously the nba changed it just to improve guys stats. There's no other reason to change that. How many more assist would Jordan have with today's standards?
@jordansoviet2311 ай бұрын
I think the latter you said was actually being a rule in 1960s for assist scoring. In 1980s they allow a player to dribble the ball just 1 time before he shoots off a pass for an assist.
