The baseline idea of almost all ideologies are good. This is why they start off sounding fantastic and end up coming to power. The idea fixes a problem that society is facing, the problem starts to come from the officials elected are never kept in check over time and this is usually due to people either being consumed by fear and/or are too comfortable to pay attention. Comfort is the first world killer. People stop caring about whats happening in government because their lives are nice overall, its only once the damage has been done is when people start to care. The solution is people need to be involved whether its good or bad times or bad times are guaranteed.

You mean if I move to Italy for a year , I have to sell my house in Winnipeg ? Then buy a new one when I come back ? Good luck with that. I won't rent to anyone either because the renters have a scam going where they don't move out after the lease is up. In Toronto a single mother rents out her house for 6 months , then comes back to Canada and can't move in and the renter wants extortion money to move out $50,000 to move out. And this is legal. The single mother must now pay rent and pay the mortgage on her house until the person moves out. It takes years to evict a renter, so they live free. This is why no one wants to rent their house out and just does short term rentals so the renter can be kicked out.

@jeffguarino2097Ай бұрын
@@RisetoStrength I have two houses in Florida that I rent out and they lose money every year. People trash the houses and constant repairs. It is rented out 90% of the year. Then during covid I took in two renters for a year and they cost me about $40,000 in damages and never paid the rent half the time. I was so happy to get rid of them. I have not made any money renting except for 2014 and I made $4000. All the money I make so far is in the appreciation of the house. If I bought a condo in Winnipeg for $200,000 and rented it out, for $1500/month, I doubt that would be enough to pay all the costs. the mortgage would be about $1500/month minimum and then I would have to pay insurance, and repairs and other costs. I don't see it as a good business but it is a good way to keep your house while you travel and rent it to someone who needs a place to stay. Everyone is happy and there is no money to be made by the landlord. I bought my house in 1985 and I worked on the railway and paid the house off by 1989. I put $20,000 down and the house cost $85,000. The interest rate was about 9 %. My income was between $20,000 to $48,000 by 1989. So If I could pay off a house in 4 years then I can't see why people are having so much trouble today. Houses are $400,000 and If you make $90,000 then you should be able to pay it off in 10 years , interest rates are half what they were in 1989 and they are going back down to 2%.

No western nation was ever free. They have always been controlled by the deep state which actually benefited the west immensely over the east (which was looted during colonialism initiated by the same deep state). What has changed now? Well, accumulation of huge debt all these decades due to petro dollar ponzi scheme (which benefited all western citizens in the form of high purchasing power due to artificial hyping of dollar, social schemes etc). The deep state wants de-dollarization to happen to come out of the huge debt. Everything else is just a smokescreen (climate change, social justice, Ukraine conflict, Israel conflict) created by the deep state for multiple reasons 1. To make more easy money during the transition period of currency reset (fiat to pegged) 2. All old hotspots funded by the fiat dollar must go which also means deradicalization of Islam 3. Hide the consequences of de-dollarization so that people are proud of leading a "contented" life 🤣🤣in the name of climate change and social justice (real reason is lack of affordability due to devaluation of CAD/USD/Euro/pound etc and remember all western currencies are simply ISOTOPES of the USD. So, if the USD goes down, all currencies of the west go down) and to pin the blame on Russia and China (and other BRICS plus nations) for the currency reset/hardships in the west. 4. Greater expansion of Israeli "kingdom" as far as Saudi (ruled currently by a crypto Jew called MBS) while all other countries become homogenous and lose their identities which can lead to the ultimate end goal of the deep state called a new world order (one world without borders controlled by a Jewish kingdom and one currency (global digital currency) with total control of food and money by a few “elite” families which come under the umbrella of the deep state) . 5. Multipolar world and bilateral currency trade is just a short term consequence of de-dollarization. It also means, the long term goal of the deep state is always one world without borders controlled (by a Jewish kingdom) through food and one currency.

@@rotorhd2 "It is economy idiot not politics" - Bill Clinton.🤣🤣. Geopolitics is always subservient to geo-economy. The deep state wants de-dollarization to happen. Everything else is just a smokescreen (climate change, social justice, Ukraine/Israeli conflict etc) created for multiple reasons. 1.

At the time of this video, British Columbia's debt was 115 billion dollars, ($21,000 per capita) and increasing fast than almost any other province in Canada. Alberta's debt was at the same time was 77 billion dollars ($17,000 per capita) and declining. However, the recent mass influx of people into Alberta will probably drive the province into deeper debt, unless its government decides that it will not spend money on recent arrivals of "asylum seekers" and tell them to go to Ottawa for their handouts.

Try to imagine, the pipeline connecting BC and Alberta is functioning, and another pipeline to link Alberta to Atlantic Canada. These 2 pipelines are the fastest way for recovery. The problem is that houses and condos that used to be homes are now hotels (online rental sites). With only 40 million people in Canada and 8 Billion people worldwide, it is easy to convert every home into a hotel. Hotels are businesses and businesses are worth more than homes. So prices are sky high. It is OK to rent houses and condos as homes but it not as hotels.

Canadians have been duped into believing that we should be paying international prices for resources produced on our own land. The fact is that our government sold out to big industries a long time ago. I believe that this country has to take back all resources from foreign entities. The people should be the heirs of the profit generated by resources first. International interests second. Will this ever become reality ? No. The greedy rich have far too much control over us.

Yup. Real Estate and rents have doubled since 2020. Shameful. All due to GREED and bad policies. Want to know something crazy? I work in the construction industry as a Hi-Rise plumber. Lucky for me, im licensed and have a lot of experience, or I would've been canned this summer. During June - August. There was an insane amount of layoffs across the board. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing... the whole industry is screwed.. Why are we screwed? Because the layoffs are directly correlated to a slowing housing market. Sales have dropped for condos and homes. So developers have decided to put delays in many new projects until headwinds die down. Will they? Idk, a good majority of our homes are owned by foreign investors, and the young canadians are so heavily taxed that it is simply unaffordable. Canada is broken under JT, and Pierre won't fix it either. Times are about to get dark... Not that they aren't already. Recording breaking immigration and yet canadians have to go to foodbanks to feed their children. Companies are incentivized to hire immigrant workers under JT policies. Leaving no room for Canadians. Best of luck to everyone. It may be time to leave this country unless you're generationally established.
