I've done this diet several times and lost up to 17 pounds. I'm actually doing it right now to jumpstart weight loss again since I gained so much weight after having daughter and have continued to suffer from inflammation throughout my body especially my legs and feet. I've 4 days in.

So I am hoping that you know... What is the Black Seed oil that is talked about in the Bible? I cant find the scripture but it says something about taking this in cleansing or to that effect. Help plz. Thank you.

Jonathon blessings love your program!! Can you ask Jordan on your next program why he sold out Garden of Live, to Nestle, a Monsanto owned company, lots of people are confused with his messages, Garden of Life lost a lot of credibility in my book.

Their is one very important ingredient of the diet we cant fail to mention: Daniel was very holy righteous : a biblical diet cant bring guarntees only if we are walking in the will of God as we do the diet: it says honour father mother and you will live long and things will go well with you: but we cant claim living long and things going well if we do not honour our father and mother:reflect on what im saying: the diet is true, but is not guaranteed on those living in sin refusing Gods will:

I have bought this Maker's Diet Revolution, just waiting for it to arrive. Then last night i was reading the Bible and came across a verse that said: " They will say it is wrong to eat certain foods. But God created those foods to be eaten with thanks by faithful people who know the truth. Since everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks, for we know it is made acceptable by the word of God and prayer." 1 TIM 4 verse 3 - 5. The Makers diet seemed awesome but now i'm not sure if it's just another money making fad using God and the Bible as back-up. Who knows. I'm confused and annoyed.

Caleb, don't get discouraged. Everything Jordan is stating is true and from the Word of God. The scripture that you just stated is 100% true! The Bible is talking about what God identified as food from the beginning. What is in our food today is NOT food! It is harmful chemicals that creates havoc in our bodies. Man tries to be like God by creating "substitutes" for the real thing. Also certain types of animals were NEVER meant for human consumption as well. Even in Noah's day before the law was ever given, God put a separation between two types of animals: Clean and unclean. There is a reason why we don't eat our family dog, cat, or horse. Unclean animals weres God's design to clean up the earth by eating the junk and filth, but he never meant for you too eat them. He loved us enough that he told us which foods to eat from and which foods to not eat because he wants his people healthy and living prosperous! I hope this helps. Caleb kendyl eat the way Jordan and God's word suggest for optimal health. If you feel BETTER than continue. No fear of gimmicks. Let the proof be by your own personal experience. Like Jordan said your salvation is not dependent on what you eat but boy will you feel better. I just spent $5 ordering this book used so I don't feel like it will be money wasted. I am sure his book has plenty of good, useful information. The money I spent for that book people spend everyday on a cup of coffee or junk food.

@@Angelica-qk5gs Great explanation! Thank you! Jordan mentions in some video that pork and shellfish are unclean because those animals eat junk and clean up the earth as you said. Pigs don't sweat so they do not remove toxins from their bodies.

I think Jordan discussed this in the opening of the original Maker's diet book....I believe all foods are ok for us as believers, but I'm choosing to eat this way under grace, not force or with a "loss" mindset ♥️

This is basically intermittent fasting with lower carb raw food. So you just need to add "Bible" and "Maker's" name in the title to sell the book. Interestingly he never said intermittent fasting (which eating all food within few hours window is). He is saying you will lose lots of pounds in the first 10 days, which is true, because lots of water weight will be lost in the beginning, probably 2/3 of weight loss is water. After that it will be much slower. You do not need this book, just google intermittent fasting, low carb, and raw food.

It is not water weight. If you don't eat for 12-20 hrs in a day your insulin levels drop and you are able to finally burn stored fat, so you indeed burn fat, not water. Calorie restricted diets might actually be the ones on which you lose water weight - you eat too often to be able to burn fat.
