They all live in Thunder Bay which their parents live too. So Jared probably lives with their parents and hangs out with the guys. And I am sure Marc got himself a house because I doubt his wife wants to live in his younger brother's guest house. And then if they moved out of there. Jared probably moved in.

Eric makes 8 mil, Jordan makes 4, Marc makes 3.975 million, Jared makes 50,000$, I doubt you can live in that neighborhood with 50 grand.
