I'm reading the book, The Family Nextdoor, about this family. It's horrific and hard to believe a parent, and in this case, 2 parents could be so abusive to their children. Jordan was so courageous that night she escaped her house of horrors to get help. She saved her siblings from further abuse and possibly death. I find it hard to believe how they survived the abuse all those years, especially the boys who were chained to their beds for months. God bless you, Jordan and Jennifer, and the rest of the Turpin children. My heart goes out to you, and you are all in my prayers.

What a horrific situation. God bless these children, adults. I hope they all get what they dream of and I hope the people that failed them all the way around. Get there, just deserts. Jordan, you are a hero... tho you may not know it... You certainly were a brave young lady and I expect you still are.
