Its only allowed for certain crew positions. I know another dancer/singer mentioned it on her vlogs. Its a perk mostly for dancers/singers and entertainers I feel from what I can tell through other vloggers.

@@AmandaMollyeverything on cruise ships is by rank. Even though many positions don't wear "stripes", your number of stripes you have in rank is what grant you these privileges. Ice skaters are two-stripe rank so they can do anything any other two-stripe ranking staff member can do. edit to add: there are certain bonus privileges that they have, but it's only a few.
