After 5 videos covering that topic, now I start understand that wired behavior. Now I know why photocell, get maximum voltage of 0,6 volts. And why connecting cells parallel in whole array are loosing current, even if other cells are in pick of producing power. And why photocel can't produce higher voltage. And Also why I can get very high current even if voltage is very low. This video explain it to me very well.

I understand why a new free electron is attracted by fixed positive charges in the depletion region but I don't understand why it is pushed beyond this region...By whom? (Excuse me for my english)

I think the charges just exit the depletion region and try to spread out. I think a more accurate drawing would show them within/around the p-n material
