So... I am listening to this at work. On earbuds. Listen to the recording and see where you are missing a trick in first person narration; these are memories. You are reading for the person that experienced it, your affect should reflect this. When you recount, you relive. When you relive, you re-experience, your voice should indicate this fact.

Great story, Did you write it Jordan?. There Definitely needs another story or two to this... I've been a huge gamer for about 40 yrs now.. my son got me into Diablo so many many yrs ago and many others, so I love these kinds of stories. I use to wish I could go and live in a few of my fav games..lol.. I have not bought the new Diablo 4 yet but I plan to. I need another game like a hole in my head as the last 5 yrs I've slowed down a lot.
