Can really recommend tracking your cycle, I wish I had known to do it sooner, i got to know my cycle intimately and it has been so great! I have always liked your genuineness. I love the fact that you’re into fashion your room to make up and, I like seeing how you built your career off KZbin 12:08 and the life that you live and you’re really relatable! Even though you probably don’t do a lot of jobs that most people do you still have a level of relatability and, I feel like that’s what a lot of people warm up to you. You’re an inspiration to me and, your style is top! Everyone knows you as the UK make up granny and, they know you from TikTok but, they don’t know you from KZbin and your travelling days and all your tutorials on KZbin. I feel like more people are tapping into longform maybe it’s the season change and it’s winter and more people are home. But I feel like there’s more demand of people wanting to have something to watch for awhile because we want to have a great voice doing something or talking about something we’re interested in whilst doing other stuff and, KZbin allows a lot of people to do that.

So glad you're back 😍 I feel you with the period pain! I find a hot water bottle helps a lot. The other month I had a really bad period and was sat in a meeting with loads of people in so much pain 😬 I was trying not to show it! In the end it was making me feel sick so my manager kindly gave me some painkillers and told me to work from home the rest of the day! The things we have to deal with 😅😅 my one meal would probably be a prawn and chorizo linguine 👌 so simple but so yummy!

IBUPROFEN LYSINE! specifically the lysine! I’ve had bad cramps for years and literally no painkillers worked for me except these, I think they’re usually used to treat migraines but they work my cramps too!

Jordan get yourself a plug in heat pad, game changer for period pain. I always had one of the bead ones you put in the microwave but invested in a plug in heat pad it is so much bigger and can vary heat and time. Amazon have loads x
