Thank you Jordan! ♥ Just wanted to point out that you can indeed filter by job titles. Just use the "job-title" filter in the text search field of your leads report, i.e. "job-title:president,manager,owner". Then, it will only show leads matching those job titles. You'd need to enable "include database contacts" when exporting though.

How can I search a whole state? or at least a 100 0r 200 mile radius? Hey Jordan, the biggest issue we face when considering other data suppliers is that nobody seems to have Apollo's ability to de-dupe emails already used in certain campagins. How do you guys do this using this software? For example, If we target business owners in say Bristol, 50k results, we send 5k emails a month, we need a way of ensuring when we do a data pull using limited credits, we aren't downloading the same data.

Download in sheets file... For record... Then next time before sending emails.. merge that data with older and remove duplicates... In this way.. it might use more credits..
