Diego Henrique Gm7 - Cm7 - A#maj7 - last one I can't remember off the top of my head but it's a maj7. I think F or Eb. You should be able to get it by ear. In this recording though, Rakei is heavily clustering his chords and adding plenty of extensions to pretty it up.
