Wow. He actually covered this incredibly well. This is an awesome cover of a stone cold classic song.

Only a very brave person would take on the iconic Donald Byrd's 'Wind Parade' and make it their own. Jordan smashed it and Donald Byrd would be very proud

Life's a wind parade Love's a wind parade Life's a wind parade Love's a wind parade Lullabies of winds defy the moon Caught a glimpse of all I never knew Just holding you can see it Mother Nature speaking her soul to me Found all the ways to believe it It's what she's saying that's a mystery, yeah I just wanna live this life forever I just wanna live this life forever I just wanna live this life forever And ever I just wanna live this life forever Will you have a mystery forever Ooh, the wind parade The wind parade Oh, the wind parade The wind parade The wind parade I never thought I'd find myself in you But pray until that sunrise in you I just wanna live this life forever Will you have a mystery forever Ooh, the wind parade The wind parade Oh, the wind parade The wind parade The wind parade

Moonchild and hiatus kaiyote take the cake for me. It gets no better than those two bands when it comes to “blue eyed jazz”. But let’s be real, both groups approach their position in the music world with the utmost respect. Part of why both nai palm and amber navran get love everywhere.

There are cover versions of great songs that are so lacking in inspiration and creativity that you wonder what was the point. This isn't one of them. Jordan has made this his own, giving the song another life but remaining respectful to vibe and feel of the original. I think Donald Bird would have approved.
