Jordan you gotta do a day with IC or LM choke! Ive watched you for years and I know years ago you were shooting a full choke. With that full choke, you shoot some birds that I would be letting fly 10 yards farther away. Seriously try a light mod choke and you can still hit them pretty hard at 40 yards and your 15 yard easy birds will be a lot more edible.

@@DuckSeason12 - lol, not hardly if you are shooting under 40 yds. I routinely smoke doves at 40+ yds with a factory mod and 7.5 shot. Full choke is way much for a target as small and brittle as a dove. My main focus is to cook them after I’m done, not have a pile of mushy feathers.

Great video. I like this walking dove hunt. It was different and it worked. I wish the dove hunts could last longer, but they tend to not stick around once the cooler temperatures hit. I'll take what I can get. Thanks Jordan.

Every dove video amazes me just how many dove are still around the area and that field in particular. There's only a 1/4 the birds around where I normally dove hunt. Good shooting keep the content coming. Waterfowl season is almost upon us.

Hey Jordan nice video...glad to see you still hunting doves...as you know my truck broke down opening of dove...and I missed opening...but duck opened Saturday...I did make opening of duck...and my 91/2 month old dog is showing potential he retrieved 4 green wing real... but only halfway..but in my opinion it is a good start...have to work on full retrieved...but my hunting buddies said that picking up a duck is huge even if only halfway...I truly believe it's a good start..little more work...😁 just so you know it's my 2nd duck season myself so we are learning together..I was predominately upland bird hunter...and deer

So far so good! Other then 2 or 3 teal , I’ve only shot dove with it so far. It fits me well. It’s comfortable and reasonably priced but that’s really all I can say about it so far!

I’d like to do that! Even though it’s a handgun that fires shotgun shells, it’s not legal for dove hunting in Kansas. Shotguns are fired from the shoulder. So I need to find a pigeon or easy starling day for that unfortunately.
