Trapping Wild Pigeons and Eating Pigeon Eggs!!!!

Starting at the farm, I check in on the baby goats and the pigeon loft! Then at the truck stop we caught some really cool pigeons! Back at home, I put some pigeon egg on the Traeger!!! Thanks for watching!!!

I’m from Morelia Mexico 🇲🇽 I like your videos that’s crazy 😝 but I’m love to eat beef brain 🧠 washed very good with running water and, boiled for like 45 minutes and take from the water sliced and make salsa with green tomatillos and Serranos peppers boiled for like 20 minutes, when it’s cold blended and shopped fresh onion and fresh cilantro and mixed with the salsa and you going to need corn tortillas and That’s all make a delicious tacos 🌮 delicious 😋

Good evening Jordan and the crew, a really god look at the babies on the farm. They've definitely got the "awwwwww" factor. The baby goats have lots of personality and the chicks in with the turkey chicks well......! The pigeon eggs looked interesting and it's always good to see your crew trying them out. They are good little connoisseurs of food and very adventurous in their tastes. We would love to get Dux t shirts here in the UK and the one for August is a real winner but the cost of export is prohibitive . Such a shame!!! When we had the guinea fowl, geese, ducks their eggs are all good to eat - even pigeon eggs! The best of them all is guinea fowl eggs, fried, boiled scrambled or whatever. When we were younger and you could take birds eggs, the best to eat was water hen and coot, we think you have coot and water hen in the States. Take care all of you. Malc and Ann (England) UK xxx

We have feral pigeons, and we collect the eggs. Pigeon eggs are really soft, and we usually end up feeding them to our dogs or my pet starling. A well cooked egg has a very jello like look and texture.

The white in pigeon eggs doesn't harden like other types of eggs ,I don't know the reason it's just the way it is no matter how long you boil them !

Wrap the eggs in wet cheesecloth it will keep them from drying out. I keep the cheesecloth moist with apple juice.
