@@dr.frankenstein910 well,he's a vocalist. he just writes lyrics. but you're cracked if you think matt's versatile compared to jonny. his voice isn't versatile because he's used to that falssetto and low-mid range belts. he comes from a pop scene basically and is colliding heavily with slaves's style. it isn't bad and i actually enjoy it a lot,but he doesn't fit that good with the band rn, and is really notable that he's lacking what jonny put. i hope he can do something of his with this new album,but jonny's gone now and people def notice it because of the pure vocalist difference

I grew up with JC in all bands he was in. Love JC’s vocals. Elite level. But slaves as a BAND sounds better and more complete with Matt. Just my take.
