I'd put Jordan over Perez; A) the former is more established/ legitimate and B) it makes for a good sales pitch for future recruitment. With Perez, you have a starlet in the making, but she is so young, that an early loss does no lasting damage and I can't imagine that her ego is so big as this would bother her (it's a huge matchup). Furthermore, I'd mix things up by having Jordan's Open Challenge for the Knockouts Title be answered by another WWE superstar altogether, win or loss (main roster even). Maybe do a wash finish that circles back to TNA talent for that one. WWE can get their win back on one of the other crossover matchups that have been flooding the rumor mill. First impressions matter most anyway.

Great points brought up in this stream. I’d love to see Jordynn Grace be the one to ignite that 2 belt/cross bridge champion gap! Maybe we get some sort of tie but shouldn’t we shoot for the stars if you want Grace to eventually become a WWE superstar? Or make NXT feel even bigger? In every fibre of Grace’s being she is a trend setter/leader; so let her do it at Battleground and being everything up. Let more cross company matches happen! I bet WWE & UFC saw what AEW was up to and decided to get on the band wagon of constant cross pollination.

So far, this TNA Wrestling and WWE "partnership" is Endeavor TKO polishing up Jordynne Grace for a WWE contract, or better yet Anthem Sports and Entertainment polishing up TNA Wrestling to sell to Endeavor TKO lol. The Pro Wrestling alternative in TNA Wrestling to the evil empire of the Sports Entertainment WWE lived long enough to become apart of the "evil empire lol.

I think it's interesting that WWE's trying to mimic the feel of the AEW/NJPW/CMLL Forbidden Door ppv. And I really hope that WWE allows TNA wrestlers to appear on Raw and SmackDown, if not just NXT. But that would gain WWE nothing, and just use their own TV time to promote smaller companies. That is not what they do historically. WWE is a successful monopolist, and I think this is just another strategy to co-opt, and absorb smaller promotions.

Perez takes the open challenge at bound for Glory and perez wins. the rematch for both belts happens at Money in the bank opening match, a ladder match similar to the tag team ladder match at Wrstle mania. One belt on one hook, one belt on the other hook. Grace grabs the the tna belt, perez the nxt belt. Can feature run ins from tna and nxt women to help build the next feuds for both women .

I don't consider Moxley being the IWGP champion a surprise when AEW stole all the top talent and NJPW needs someone big with the title and to be honest NJPW would put any WWE star at the top but regardless what is happening with NXT and TNA could be something special and I wanna see Grace win and this setting up Roxanne going to TNA to get the title back and possibly bringing in a few others from each side to build to something bigger. Maybe Josh Alexander show's up or someone who helps Grace win and this could have Trick Williams stand up for NXT and we get another huge crossover match. At the end of the day WWE wants Grace at some point so I expect her to walk out Sunday with her TNA title and now the New NXT women's champion.

The TNA championship isn’t on the line so I see no need for a double DQ/count out unless they wanted to do a rematch. Let one of them win and one of them lose. I think this could be how they turn Roxanne babyface, or at least how the mature her. Her heel persona works for NXT, but in the main roster I dont think her “mean girl bully” attitude will be very credible with Jade, Nia, Bianca, Becky, Rhea roaming around. But if Roxy drops the belt to Jordynne, NXT can build a plot where the roster shuns Roxanne, flipping the script on her. Then she goes to TNA to win her championship back in a longer program over a few months. Along the way she gets mentorship from an established womens star (tna or wwe), and it forces her to dial her atitudw back and be more serious. Then once the character has evolved, she wins the NXT title back, and returns as a more mature Roxanne. That can be as an evolved form of her heel persona, or as a heel-face tweener like Liv Morgan is. But they just need to help her character along so that she is more credible on the main roster. I guarantee this is why she didnt get Lyra or Blair’s spot on the main roster, her character work has a great chance to take on a new layer of storytelling.

I think since only the nxt title is on the line they will do the obvious play by numbers perez goes over.. then jordyn grace will be on the next tna show saying either (idk if she is a face or heel) face-" the better women won at battleground so congrats to roxanne, BUT i KNOW i can beat you and im willing to put my title on the line to prove it" or heel-" that win was a fluke and i bet u cant beat me again" then roxanne accepts only if grace puts her title on the line...with all that said its the easiest albiet cop out way to give grace her win back. Both girls get their wins on their home turfs straght 50/50 "safe" booking strategy... i CANNOT see nxt letting grace win and take thst title to tna even for a day or two!! ESPECIALLY if roxanne isnt gonna be able to win the tna title n bring it to nxt temporarily...i CAN see tna being more open to letting roxanne bring the tna title onto nxt TV because there is more upside for tna to potentially gain some of nxts fanbase by having her going from show to show for a couple of weeks, however wwe would NOT get any upside from grace taking the nxt title from show to show.. honestly im gonna propose an idea that will NEVER happen but i think would be a great leadup to a awesome new stipulation.. say jordyn wins at battleground, then perez challenges for BOTH titles at the next tna ppv and WINS!! then at one of nxts bigger PLEs during summerslam weekend, i propose blowoff 2 out of 3 match with a never been done stip!! The stip is the nxt title is up for grabs during match #1, tna title up for grabs in match #2, and if the match goes to 3 its winner takes all!!... perez wins #1, grace wins #2 and 3 goes to a time limit draw or a double K.O!!I know it will be predictable but so are most matches theses days and if the matches are great the fans wont care!! Also they would obviously have to make up a new set of rules for the 2 out of 3 match in terms of time limits.. i would just make it simple and says all 3 matches have a 30 min time limit if they go the draw route. If they go the double K.O route then time limits wont even be a factor.
