After all, it was all unfair to Ms. Philippines, she is the rightful Queen but she doesn't even have her moment. Those who comforted the Philippines deserve to be on the finals. This was the most controversial Miss Universe Pageant! I felt so sad for Miss Columbia, but doubly sad for Miss Philippines, since she was robbed of her final and victory walk. I can feel the sad and disappointment of Ms Columbia, this is not a primary school singing competition, this is Miss Universe! She represented her whole nation, and how hard they cheer for her when she is announced as the winner just makes her more guilty and painful to know the crowning is a mistake. Also the last year winner is Ms Columbia, so she really excited as she made it for Columbia to be the second country to win Ms Universe consecutively. I do not agree for two girls to share the crown as it is unfair to the true winner but i hope no more criticisms on Ms Columbia because just imagine if you were her, you would not do better than her, the disappointment and pain are just overwhelming which i think she rather she has never been announced as the winner. I feel sad for both their victims of mistakes but sportsmanship should always stake high before emotion taken down anyone. Over former Miss Universe did the right thing to assist, support and comfort both side and make this ends smoothly into exit from mishaps. This Miss Universe 2018 was shocking to see the new stage concept.... I knew this stage will the opposite from Miss U 2015 and this time that winner will fully enjoy the whole show. When Philippines clinched another crown Miss Philippines indeed was the beauty and brain of the night ... was voting that Miss Puerto Rico was somewhat a wild card and should have a chance to get close to the crown but she fell short to make the final cut. Over all, that run way truly winner deserve walk away with price of mokimoto crown, the Philippines Miss Catriona Gray came bigger the tsunami on her arrival in Thailand, she’s the whole package and woman with a lava walk executions to perfection. And there were judges who could speak about pia , and its a unanimous decision though. And they were shocked when colombia was announced as MU because that was not the girl they put the high score at, it was Philippines . Recuerdo muy bien ese momento y se me hizo muy extraño que Ariadna no hiciera su desfile una vez coronada como siempre sucede, pasó 1 minuto y ella se quedó saludando y posando. No tengo presente otra coronación donde casi ni dejen coronar a la nueva reina cuando las otras candidatas ya la están felicitando. Aquí estaban a metros de distancia. Pareciera que todo estaba planeado.

When this happened in 2015 I watched the complete show till crowning and switched off the TV. I was not aware about this incident until I opened the Miss Universe 2015 Wikipedia later in the day.. I was utterly shocked and thought some Pinoy fan might have edited it but also HAPPY inside at least the deserving winner shows here . Later KZbin trends with this Steve mistake ... I was blown away, can this also happen at a big pageant like MISS UNIVERSE Before finals, I had Colombia as my Winner but during finals and especially questions round I kind of already know Pia was a winner and it didn't happen the staright way though it twisted and hurt many ppl around the globe
