Just wanted to add that i made this playthrough shortly after the update dropped. There are plenty of things I wasn't aware of at the time of recording. And this extends to through episode 7. For instance, contract negotiations to get more money. So bear with me as I learn the update!

@INickster you must be new here lol. Me and backpacks go way back. Especially if I take a backpack and a cloak. I tend to forget to swap them. Or o do swap them, and then leave one in the dungeon 😆. I might have ADD or something.

You can carry 2 crowbars in secondary slot and have them still be usable. also ,you can store your loaded backpacks in the caravan chest, saves space in a pinch.

@INickster lol never considered 2 crowbar in second load out. I usually carry nets. The backpack trick i thought was a bug.

Btw you can disarm traps with a crowbar with a high sucsess rate

+ disarming traps gives good chunk of xp, and per dung you can get like 10+ traps so over 100xp

@slavsthetics2447 I've been hearing folks talking about this lately. I must be odd man out. I prefer leveling slower most of the time. My reasoning is to keep myself from over leveling the two bosses while trying to maximise my gold gain. But again, it's just a person limitation I adhere to.

seems like Jorgrim starts struggle, he just gets wrecked compared to 2h arna parry/warcry being pretty smooth. Peasant Flails DW and gambling for staggers and daze helps.

I liked using DW training with seize and flurry to improve fumble chance and accuracy as much as possible, then using nets for human enemies and bear traps for creatures to wait for cooldowns. It helped me get to the point where the DW tree starts to get really powerful.

Why do you choose horn over waterskin? Does horn have more capacity?

@chpt2118 no more capacity. The reason to take it is that it take up horizontal bag space. There are plenty of valuables that are 1 by 2 horizontal so you can stack 2 leave only the bottom row available. So I don't like my water skin taking the space up.

Question, what’s the best way to farm food?

@Nutrollio well, i don't typically farm for food myself, lol. So I would say hunting. Whether it be birds or animals. Games like rabbits, birds, and deer are more for ranged damage dealers. They always run away before you get a chance to kill with a melee user. Boars and wolves don't run, but it can be difficult to fight depending on your gear and level. So if you already have a ranged damage dealer, birds are easy and abundant. If you melee, I recommend just getting an xbow and some bodkin arrows to help with accuracy. Higher tier xbows have very low acc penalties and higher range. Perfect for hunting

Are you going 15 vitality after 15 perception and then 15 agility, correct?

@slavsthetics2447 that's the plan. Though my fumble is pretty much non existent. So you could go for more perception to get better acc and more crit. Or go strength for added weapon. Damage body part, damage and crit eff. I know i wanted to build light armor, but the more I play this the more I hate the idea. Go medium or heavy.

@slavsthetics2447 yeah. I made it to level 10, and light armor just wasn't cutting imo. But yeah, take these videos as a reference, and feel free to make adjustments. The best part about watching someone play is that you can see things from a different perspective than me.

@okmallgaming dual wield without shield, im thinking should i go for dual wielding of the same weapon type or mixing axe & sword.. Also, would like to hear your thought process about weapons and which stat to raise, example raising AGI using sword & shield seems redundant as some shield negates your dodge chance from AGI gain

@StephanthePelted well dw with same weapons you could focus on added acc and crit through perception. More weapon damage, block chance, and crit efficiency through strength. Agi will decrease fumble and add counter along with dodge. I noticed two weapons of the same type have much lower fumble with the passive skill dual wield training. So you don't have to have to focus on lowering fumble. My dw axes had 0 fumble between my skills and my gear. Another thing is what skill tree you are focusing on. You typically want to unlock the skills in your chosen skill earlier, so hover over the skills and you will see the attributes required to unlock that skill. They also unlock at levels 10, 16, and 20. This gives you more freedom to build attributes anyway you want. So long as play to your weapons strengths and weakness you are going to fine.

@StephanthePelted sword and shield you can also build into a light shield with high counter chance. So rasing agi can still be beneficial. Ligh shield and light armor can work too.

love the video. Im also trying a playthrough but 2h axes and i find it annoyingly tedious. is not that is hard but exploration is losing money (pay more on food, healing and repairs than you make off bandits) you cant kill even a wolf. But the game is beautiful though. But then there's the save system...

@MrValkovski 2h axe is pretty strong. Money making is mainly through contracts, selling valuables, and buy/sell commodities. The saving system i don't mind, but I'm used to it lol.

In my opinion it is crucial to make your own food to save money. That's the way the devs seem to want the game to be played. There are good, free food sources like lentils, leek and mushrooms. Also there a ton of berries everywhere which can also be useful when combined with fruit, which you can get for free in large quantities around Mannshire (Orchard and Winery). I am only in the early game with my current perma run, so there might be tons of other options to save money. I am really enjoying the update so far :)

19:30 But your gear IS terrible. All of it gives only 2-3 Protection, you didn't even buy a gambeson and you're using the starting crappy axe. When playing as a tank-y knight of the same level clearing this dungeon was pretty easy.

how lucky of you to get 2 schematic recipe in library dungeon.. and yes the number of enemy in dungeon is too much.. and that's in tier 1 dungeon, while that's seems like okay number i think dev need to rebalance the early dungeon.. i know it's doable but you need to know how to cheese the enemy for it..

Uhh, after got a Caravan need more money to upgrade it and to pay all followers 😅, you know after Rigs & Rags updates all halfed Durability Weapon can't be sold, just only a good durabilition weapon (1/3 for Minimun) can be sold. Arghhh it's too hard but very addictive 😂 lol. But, very annoying about Crimson Plague make your Immunity become 0% step by Step 😅, like my character ingame only have 1% Immunity.
