I think this one is my favorite layout! Still, I'd convert a couple rooms to add a gym and office. And I'd trade those plants around the back for more pool area, tanning shelf, and hot pool.

Beautiful house! The only remarks are that the Master bedroom is small, it needs a jaccuzzi tub or some sort of bathtub. Someone else already mentioned a dishwasher but all these could be added. Other than that, it's the size that's too small.

Looks nice! Done 5-7 of these designs in another program. One of my favorit modern designs would be a corner glass box stairway with a tree and some plats in the middle. Wonderful design! Bedroom 4 is my favorite room! I'm just wondering how much a house like that would cost in US dollars. The other questions I have are as follows: - why isn't there a DISHWASHER? - there's space in the stairwell for a lift/elevator, which would make for easier access to the second level - the indoor/ outdoor area should also have book 📚 shelves Otherwise it is an absolutely beautiful design!
