ok, so Syndicate got a 60fps patch but the clothes physics are still 30 it seems. Same as on PC. The difference is that we can fix that on PC just by changing some lines on the TXT files.

Kadekawa is very hands off with the companies they own and allows them a lot of freedom, that’s why fromsoft can make what ever they want. Sony is the complete opposite of that, and because the company is ran by imbeciles instead of letting fromsoft make the games they want they will most likely force them to make games they don’t.

Remedy make decent games but given they are a bit off the wall, they charge too much for them- you can’t charge high prices for games that are a bit spotty, especially if you refuse to release them as physical copies and never put the game on sale.

If you own a physical copy of a game, are you able to play using the ps Portal without loading up your ps5? Would the Portal recognize from your profile that you own a copy of the game and allow you to stream using the cloud straming? Thanks.

Hey! Thanks for the kind words. The key is to have your PS5 hooked to a wired connection and be relatively close to it with the portal. Then you will have a seamless experience (again I use it a lot). If you have a physical disc in your PS5 when you start streaming you can play that game, the portal basicly emulates what your TV hooked up to your PS5 sees. For streaming through the cloud it only works with PS Plus right now, so games that are in that catalogue, at one point I can see them stream games you own as well, but I think it wont work if you have a physical disc only.

Let's agree that Ubisoft's update on AC Syndicate is a joke! It doesn't improve the gaming experience significantly, in fact, it was the least that Ubi could do. I would expect a full New Gen Console Update like CDPR did with Witcher 3. That included upgraded gameplay, updated and refined gears and weapons, HDR, ray tracing, upgraded graphics, 4K, performance mode, NEW missions, AND..... it was free for many players. This is how it is done!

Bloodborne put fromsoft on the map again after DS2 was not received well by players at all, and it was the console seller for sony in the ps4 era , it didnt just sell 7 million copies, it sold a hell lot of PS4s too, it was way more than profitable for sony than days gone, and tbh any goon with only 1 brain cell left would know that bloodborne 2 would sell more than elden ring this time around.

So I've heard this alot. I'm not so sure this is much different than other major Japanese media mergers which have given us pretty mixed results. Japanese people don't usually gut their companies like Americans do and the other major competitor for Sony was a company from Korea. If kadokawa was being manipulated into a leveraged situation there was likely no way they were going to keep their corporate structure. This is a corporate issue but we should probably see the problems with a hardware producer buying parts of companies that use their tech whether that's Sony or keurig.
