He has a few more trophies but he has coached a one team league in Germany and an unlimited resource club in England that won the PL before him and took him to win the Champions league which he hasn't done Since having the greatest barcelona generation over a decade ago. Pep himself is a fantastic coach but comparing him to jose when he has had the easiest situation in Europe football for years doesn't make much sense

I love the approach Roma has towards him. They told him that he will have a year to handle the mess he inehited first and he will truly be judged on next season. And to be fair last season roma was 7th And 16 points away from top 4 and 30 points away from the champion. He currently is 8th but just 6 points off top 4 and 15 points from first place. I hope he gets Leicester in the conference league at least we will have a bit of A jose return in England 😂

It's just about finding the right project. Mourinho can only succeed in clubs where he has total control over what's going on with the support from the board and massive love for the fans. I think now he is repairing the ruined roma he find but next season I think he will have a very good team
