Some great points. I agree that United wont win it as consistently as under Fergie, however we know the upside to Chelsea and City having rich owners is that they have unlimited funds. The downside is that these owners change managers quite regularly. Mourinho won 2 titles when United under transition with O'shea, Fletcher and Richardson constantly used. Since then Chelsea have won 1 title, one bad season and both maangers could be sacked. The worry for united is key targets keep snubbing them

Yeah I get what you're saying. With FFP coming in this season, it might curb the transfer activity of chelsea and city in the future and with the Glazers, United are constantly losing out on transfers. So the next couple of years I think will be more evenly contested which is better for the rest of the league.

Mourinho is a master in psychology. He acts arrogant so that the press, fans, refs, opposition respect him, he can act sympathetic like after the Madrid-United game because he wanted the United job. He can act like a madman as he did in spain to try and break everyone's obsession with barca. Everything he does is an act to fuel his persona Look at someone like Wenger, the press dont fear him, they ask him all sorts of questions and are like vultures they wouldnt dare treat mourinho like that.

Yes, but united had fergie during these times, I think united will challenge for the title, but not win it as consistantly as city and chelsea over the next decade or so, they'l deffo win cups and they already have a shield under moyes. But when jose was at chelsea 2004-2007 they won 2 titles, only just missed out in 2007, and 3 domestic cups.
