The q&a section at the end for the question of "why bother", Joseph's answe really helped me deepen my understanding of the mindfulness practice. The finer of the attention, the clearer of the experience of impermanence, the lesser of our attachment to all phenomenons and finally the closer to our Buddha nature.❤ Thank you Joseph love you 💖

hashi856: Why are you caught up with his voice instead of the content of his teachings? You should be a very disturbed person mentally ill. It is amazing how a disturbed mind breeds a problem out of nowhere. If you have a choice, just check a mental hospital around you. You need immediate assistance.
