I really appreciate you taking the time to actually use this item in real life and get back to us from a practical position. I was concerned about the shape of the cans and finding bags that would fit. I love the idea of the filter, a compost bin inside and a recycle compartment at the bottom. However, between the price and the issue of the bags I can tell this is not for me. I am with you, the stainless steel cans do look nicer.
