Glad Tammie highlighted how pleasant Joseph's interview style is, that is one of the main things (other than whom the guest may be) that drew Me back after Mr Shepherd initially showed up in My vid feed a couple months ago. As a Gay Man , I am proud to see other members of "the community" being proponents of Kindness, Great Manners and a Proactive interview style that prompts further conversations with the guest, rather than trying to throw in a Zinger Question to hit a nerve like less gracious interviewers do.
