Every person have to make a choice to accept the gospel, John 3:16 tells us that for so God's love the world and send His son to save us, but whoever believes in him will perish, but have eternal life, meaning if a person chose not to believe in Jesus redemptive work, they can perish by choice, I believe the Zillion question has been answered.
