When I experienced a kundalini awakening a couple years ago, I realized I Am All That Is, I Am love without conditions, and that I Am an infinite eternal Spirit having a human experience. We are never apart from Heaven, we’re just dreaming we are, and the only way God( I Am) can know itself is through consciousness and separation. Everything is Consciousness and Alive, even the things that seem still. All though the experience is real, what you see is an illusion of your own creation, and you are always manifesting. From my own perspective and experience, when you lose all fears, doubts and worries, the Universe reflects you having a worry free life because the Universe always supports what you believe to be true. You can’t have a physical experience without manifesting it instantaneous, think about that and inquire about what you don’t prefer and what you do prefer. You will always feel a negative emotion when you experience or perceive something you don’t prefer. Just be aware of that thoughts, see how nonsensical it is, and let it go. Yes, we experience others that may be in a lower vibration, as do ourselves, but realize every Spirit is on their own journey and all vibrations are valid and loved equally, that’s what unconditional love is.

@@sunnzred2807 I experienced a ego death, which is obsessive thinking and a lot of synchronicities with numbers, as well as a lot of chaos of fears and doubts, losing loved ones, until I started using transcendental meditation to help quiet the thoughts. One night while sleeping a fiery rush of energy went up my spine and felt like it was pulling the energy out of my head, in which case I couldn’t breathe and passed out. When I awoke, I all of the sudden felt that I was everything and there was a pure blissful energy flowing throughout me, pure joy and ecstasy. That’s when I remembered what Heaven feels like. For a lot of people it happens spontaneously, particularly those like myself who have had near death experiences or have suffered depression only to transmute it, and realize you are not your mind. Thoughts and intentions create reality, and the real You, which is consciousness, never dies, only the vessel.
