@@gmsi7d371 that’s why it’s called evolution . We don’t want to use Caveman logic or instead of texting sending by mail every message . But this means of human capabilities has always been there . There is a follow through of course but to do anything great there’s showing up and work ethic mentality I agree but awareness does what hard work cannot accomplish . The person who sees the opportunity by focusing on the vision and has the idea and acts on it , focuses and thinks more on it and acts wins .

Whenever I go back to your videos Joseph, I pick up more and more. Its the third time I am watching and taking notes of this and its so fresh. To pick up a habit it has to become part of routine
@seanbey0nd1743 жыл бұрын
Great video as usual Joseph! It’s easy for someone to forget that their current life is a formation of the mental habits they have at that time in their life and by doing the work necessary to form new habits that they will literally change their lives. If you take 2 people: One who thinks and believes negatively only about a situation and one who doesn’t, they are having two completely different experiences, and if we are to change our lives in any way that’s beneficial to us we must first change our thinking. If you just simply look at the way you think about something that is going well in your life versus something you don’t, the distinction is extremely clear and that’s not a coincidence because as you look at more and more areas of your life you’ll see that pattern repeating. So if you really want something and believe it will happen, you will do the mental work necessary.

This was incredible! It is so absolutely true too. I started noticing that if I “do the the thing” no matter how strange and random the thing may seem, other areas in my life loosen up (from being stuck). Seemingly unrelated causes, create positive reactions when I listen to my intuition and do the things I need to do.

The exercise is a huge part of all of this. I'm blown away at how well this all is working. I can't believe how easy it is all going. I am becoming more aware now of what I say to myself now. LoL! A great mind stated: " First we make our habits and then our habits make us." I have really been INTENTIONAL the past couple of years regarding my habits and being cognizant of those that are positive and those that are not. I've found the great book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear to be very integral in that process. Phenomenal book. Thank you for this great video, topic and mind map. BE ELITE TODAY PEOPLE!!!

Creating the space to accomplish the goal takes good time management. In order to keep the focus, barriers and distractions must be eliminated, which also takes more time. Creating boundaries takes more time. Executing those boundaries, even more time around challenges. The mastery has to be: giving enough time to be and then keep focus. I’m doing it, but not without eliminating a lot of wasted space where my focus is concerned. Let’s not even get to the “do it all one at a time not all at once” which essentially eliminates multi-tasking- a myth to pseudo-productive ppl, anyway 🙄 It’s a learning curve, but I’m becoming ...
