I was actually doing a teqnique similar to this. I am very lazy, but this past week before i get out of bed, i lie still for 15 minutes and imagine myself getting out of my body and doing all of my daily tasks. When im done i imagine myself returning to my body. As soon as my imaginary self returns to my body, i get up and do everything i imagined.

I found something interesting about getting out of bed. When I am finding it hard to get up, I imagine myself doing so. Then I relax and stop imagining, just stop thinking. As soon as I do so, I jump out of bed almost automatically, it now happens without pushing.

I dunno if I'd recommend this for everybody but today I finally allowed myself to feel afraid 😊 just in case anyone needs to read this. I actually sat with my feelings, we're often told to feel/think positively in these circles but I think if you feel weird and you get triggered easily there's an emotion in there that you haven't been allowing yourself to feel properly. I sat there with my underlying anxiety that I didn't even know existed. I was like "OK now you have my full permission to feel whatever you need to feel" and at first I felt nothing and then my entire body felt like it was in turmoil and I was pretty uncomfortable and wondered if I should get up but I sat with it for like an hour and it dissipated. I kept asking "Is there more anxiety?" every 10min and I'd feel a new wave of anxiety and then I was like...comfortable with the anxiety, I just allowed it to be there. I felt it in my body and really it wasn't pleasant but I didn't stuff it down and I didn't try to rationalize it away or think positive. Instead I wasn't afraid of being afraid anymore, if that makes sense. It was like challenging my anxiety actually, but gently. Like saying "Ok is there any more anxiety? You can come out it's totally safe, I don't mind feeling anxiety." And then it would flood my body and wait for me to jump up and run away. And then after a while anxiety had nothing, no more momentum or power coz it thrives on...fear.

Thank you so much for sharing this, is it so beautiful and powerful! Yes, I agree- sometimes the uncomfortable feelings *want* to be felt, seen…and once that happens, if we just keep being the witness and staying in that place of loving awareness, they will move through and leave our bodies. I’m working on this, as well, and I so appreciate you sharing your experience. Kyle Cease describes it as being a “big enough space” to allow anything to arise and be seen and felt, and I love that…that nothing is too big for us to feel and hold and heal, because in that space is god, we are god. 💗✨

@@lauradonohuevoice2406 yeah I got so good at burying my feelings it was like I completely rejected myself and was just a shell of my true self. I was a high functioning mess lol like I was actually successful but depressed, I was only successful coz I didn't care about anything. For example I walked into this one interview and there were 30 other applicants in the waiting room and I was just like 'Haha ok I don't really care if I get this job anyway' and the other applicants were so nervous yet I ended up getting the job and then I was like 'I don't actually feel like doing this job, I'd rather just sleep and tell them I reject their offer'. I dunno like I just didn't wanna exist anymore tbh if you reject all your feelings constantly your inner self is like 'Why am I even here if I'm not allowed to be here.' I was actually existing in shame like that was my state of being, I was ashamed that I had feelings it was kinda messed up coz I used to be punished for laughing crying and everything in between.

that feeling for me is boredom. Its tough to face these things cos we don't know what we're going to do with them, but that's the point, you just feel and not do.

Since I wrote out my definite, Definite Chief Aim, I’ve been brought to the challenges/opportunities to face deep suppressed childhood stuff in order to become aligned. One thing that helps, and that relates to this technique, is rewriting events. Writing a new story within the subconscious. Reprogramming. It’s been working and I’ve been getting quite imaginative rewriting funny scenarios. My creativity is flowing again, which is the greatest part of my chief aim. …bridges…the process is real. Thank you 🙏

I love your videos. In case it helps anyone else I want to say that lately I’ve been listening to your videos through wireless headphones while doing some light physical chores around the house and for some reason that makes it click better for me rather than sitting down and watching like a traditional KZbin video.

Joseph, today for the first time l revised my day. In Madrid Spain, now is 10,20 pm,so...😅 It's amazing, l recomend it to all of you guys . Was my birthday today and as lm very far from my loved ones l just revised this day exactly as l wish it was. Amaaaazing. A big smile on my face,look happy now. Another wonderful job Joseph. I am in construction and everyday I imagine my writer's life. With these two realities that cause for different states of mind come together in the present, I wonder sometime how I am to feel like a million dollars while acting out an everyday life. Your videos are so helpful and I'm sure everyone who listens appreciates you. Thanks again

I agree, although discovering how sleep is related to the subconscious and imagination, I enjoy going to bed visualizing. But yeah, living those visions out is where it's at.
