The soul is like water. When dirt is added to water it becomes cloudy and difficult to see through. As water needs to be purified, the soul too needs to be purified so that we see God. In 1998 I was in a state prison. I was in my fifth year of an 18-40 year sentence, and I was struggling! But I was still breathing, and as long as I was breathing I had hope. One day during the winter of that same year, I was lying on my bunk when all of a sudden I noticed the tell-tale signs of disease attempting to invade my body: burning eyes, sore throat, feeling lethargic, etc. But by now I was learning to listen to that power that I always believed lived inside of me. Check this out. On that day, I heard that Power clearly say that "just as you can move your finger or your leg or stick your tongue out, you can also speak to your immune system and direct it to take action according to your needs." "Wow!" I said to myself. I was super-intrigued by the concept because I had heard it before and ignored it before! But this time I was inspired to act on what I heard. I imagined that I was having a conversation with my immune system which I was now referring to as my "security team." I spoke to my security team and commanded it to go on a search and destroy mission. I ordered this elite squad, which included T-cells, to kill any foreign invader they encountered. In this war, I saw viruses, bad bacteria, and diseased cells being judiciously obliterated and incinerated. I had a front row seat and this drama had the effect of changing my life and opening up my understanding of the power that I held within my mind and body. Twenty minutes after this encounter, I felt good enough to go to the gym and play basketball. And I did! I will tell you that from that day to this one I have not been sick, except for one time in 2014 when I "neglected" to engage my imagination in order to stave off an attack against me. Think about this: a gun has never killed anyone except someone put their finger on the trigger. The finger on the trigger of the gun did not kill anyone. The finger on the trigger powered by thought killed the person. Death by a firearm is caused by a thought! Thought to pick up the gun; thought to load the gun; thought to aim the gun; thought to pull the trigger of the gun! So what caused the death of the person? THOUGHT!!! What am I saying? Thought is the driving force of all human activity -- good, bad, or indifferent! And thought is birthed in IMAGINATION - I AM that I AM! After 17 years and 362 days, I was paroled in 2011. My wife and I own a beautiful home, we have two Mercedes, and so much more. (I only bring up the material possessions in order to illustrate the power of Imagination as I AM). I began drawing out my life years ago from pure Imagination. In fact, I still have some of the notes that I scribbled describing what I want. Recently, I was introduced to Neville Goddard and I am absolutely amazed at how things have unfolded in my life. Neville Goddard is truly the real deal as he has come into my life to confirm that my journey is real. I cannot explain all that he teaches and I don't understand all of it; but what I do know is that God became man so that man could become God. In doing so, we have the potential to express I AM in our world as our world pushed out! Peace!

My father died 7 months ago of cancer, in one of his last final days in the hospice he told my sister that he had a "big dream that was so real and like no other dream he ever had before, I was in this place with lots of spiritual beings around me who told me I was God and I told them I can't be God I don't want the responsibility of justice in the world" he was so adamant this dream was real. He passed away a few days later. RIP dad.

Your dad had a vision seeing the entities surrounding you telling you lies and deceit. Sent by satan himself, they try to lie that you and I are in fact God. Only within Christ can you be a child or Son of God. In Genesis it says that the serpent tricked eve by saying if she ate of the forbidden fruit she would be like God and know all things good and evil.

Jesus came as an example to us, to show us our true abilities and identity. He said, "Do the scriptures not say 'Ye are gods?'" Jesus fulfilled the complete process of self-realization and internal ability and power. He was the ultimate and fully enlightened. His entire gospel speaks nothing but us being part of God, God being us, himself being both the son of man and son of God simultaneously, and that if he is in us we are in him. @@leeturner3750 I think he was referring more to "trepidation" if one's going to be semantic over it. I.E "The fear of something that MAY happen..." Faith and (Trepidation) might be described as an emotional investment in unrealised events. Some things we have positive feelings about, and some things we have negative feelings about. I think the older and wiser you get....you tend to worry less about future uncertainties because you feel better equipped to deal with things "in the moment" or "as they happen." So I'd argue that self-belief, experience and confidence goes a long way towards mitigating apprehension. You realise that you cannot foresee or control everything, so you stop trying to. A HUGE part of this epiphany involves keeping your emotions in check. You can still engage in "risk management" and develop preventative and responsive skill-sets for when things DO pose threats or dangers....and that's usually a better use of ones energies. Worry, fear, angst, trepidation etc.....are useful triggers or indicators that we may need to be prepared for something. By themselves....they're pretty useless and soul-sapping emotions however. Faith IMHO...is just a spiritualised word for "trust." It's the feeling that there is an agency somewhere that will manage an outcome in a positive manner, especially if it's something far beyond our control. It's also possible to have faith or "trust" in yourself. Either way...these are all just ways we navigate the unknown, the unseen....the possible as-it-were. Some do it with apparent ease and confidence.....some tend to worry a lot. We're all at different stages of growth with this.

@@leeturner3750 I think you're describing actual "fright".....or "panic" which is an instantaneous, instinctive response we have to sudden traumas, and are emotionally justifiable and wholly congruent with the event. "Fear" however.....doesn't need an immediate, "it's happening now.." type trauma for it to overpower somebody emotionally. A solitary walk through a graveyard in the dead of night may induce fear for many people (for example) but it will generally be a fear stoked entirely by the imagination....wherein a person begins to envisage an anomalous experience involving the risen dead....and generally....that's not an experience most people would relish having. Our imaginations however...can wreak havoc with us on such occasions as we desperately try and scare ourselves with "what if" type thoughts....many of them extremely graphic within our own minds. We are literally....scaring the sh*t out of ourselves and blaming the graveyard for making us feel that way (when you really think about it) That's how fear gets traction though. We ourselves supply the fuel in most cases. It takes tremendous mental discipline to shut it down and becalm ones own mind in situations where fear would typically reign over most people. Walking a high-wire-rope (for example) would give most people trauma and palpitations, yet there exist specialists who can remain calm whilst doing this. That's what you call self-mastery at it's peak

I've had an experience on LSD which put me in a state where I was completely concious of the words I AM. Nothing else was occurring in this seemingly timeless state. Before I had become aware of the I AM, my conciousness seemed to be ascending through an infinite space which contained all of creation. Wow that’s beautiful. Not sure if I could handle an LSD breakthrough however I had a similar experience on mushrooms. I felt limitless and was engulfed in love. As I listened to a spiritual song (Christian) I listened to the people singing as they were singing to God and for a few moments I knew I was God. But I will try - without copying in - the sites from the Bible .. only refering to them. SOME of the scriptures - I find neccesary to add in this text - not to break the connection. ... We start with: "Those who are borne from flesh - is flesh and those who are borne from Spirit, is Sprit" (Gospel of John 3,5). This must be looked at - as 2 .. completely different conditions. --- We are mostly .. borne of flesh - so this condition let us only understand a small part of the scriptures. Therefore it was neccesary for Jesus to do this:(Gospel of Luke 24,45) [He gave the apostles the ability to understand the scriptures.] ... If we shall gain this ability .. to-day, we must be borne again (Gospel of John 3,3). This will require that we understand a special part of our own nature - OUR Spirit. ... It starts with: "He blew The Spirit of Life into his nostrals and man became a living soul." (Genesis 2,7): ***Direct Copy*** 7 And the Lord God a formed b man of the c dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the d breath of life; and e man became a living f soul. ***From King James on my harddisk*** This is The Spirit - that "James" (some Bibles "Jacob") is telling about in 1,21 and 4,5. (1,21) We continue to ask: Is there another letter in The Bible, that can confirm this? The answer is: "Yes". 1 Chor 2,11 - confims this. ["...the spirit that is in him..."] (Read the whole verse in your Bible.) === What Jesus did for us, was - lifting away the sin, no-one of us could do: "Eating the forbidden fruit". This we can call - "The Sin of The World". By doing this .. He opened the way back for us - so we could be "The People of God" - again. To achieve this .. we must be - Borne Again (MEANING: "Be Borne By The Sirit", which He did to his apostles, when he gave them the ability to understand the scriptures). ##### "The People of God" are called "Gods" - in the Bible (See Psalm 95,3 - as ONE example). So .. are we talking about Gods .. we are NOT talking about God. There is only ONE God - "The Highest God .. of all Gods" - or "King of the Gods", as the mention Psalm - is using. ##### When we are borne by The Spirit, then read: The Gospel of John 3,7 and 3,8 (they belong together), so you don't confuse it with: "Then I got Jesus in my life and was borne again". This IS - another kind of being borne again, but in 3,7 and 3,8 - Jesus is showing what KIND of birth, HE is talking about. --- So "Ernie Mey", there are much more, but this is a solid foundation to start on - if you should wish to follow up - this development. If you do - you will never regret.

My own spiritual awakening lines up so closely to what Neville teaches. I sincerely repented and asked Jesus to show me the way in a moment of desperation. Within a few days a radical transformation began inside of me. I have watched, or rather, listened to this video three times now and I understand more each time. I have been "Praying" to win the Lottery, in order to gain everything else that I want, which is wrong. I now know to pray for the thing that I want, and let God sort out how I get it!
