Joe is a great sensei. His way of showing his knowledge is one of the best around. I cant understand why he hasn't millions of subscribers.

The three principles he mentioned were 1. Circle away from the back hand 2. lead hand fighting 3. shot selection

I really like the concept of the "open stance five" as a constructive way to work a sparring session. It'd be cool to see a deeper dive into that, where the goal is to work our way through combos and end on a specific strategic target
