A visiting coach was amazed that Tom Brady was still working on his footwork after he had been in the NFL for 10 years.........TB12 went to the SB 10 times...so, footwork may have some value.

I've waited a long time to see something like this. Not as long as Dobbs. Ever been in those situations when you know that you know but very few other people know? Been watching Dobbs play ball for a while (TN) getting moved from place to place due to nothing of his own fault or lack of. People forget he sat behind Roethlisberger. It was beyond frustrating for teams not to give him an opportunity. IMO, Cleveland, Detroit & Tennessee let a dime go. Finally, someone(s) had the foresight & knowledge to see what he had. I think a lot of that credit goes to Coach Petzing who was at Cleveland. He was smart enough to see that hidden talent. This was so refreshing. Reminds me of that young man that sat 3 years on the bench until another team reached out to him realizing his hidden potential. That young man went on to win the Heisman & is now in the NFL. Yes, Joe Burrow is another underdog story. I sure like underdogs. I really hope Josh sees this video. Thank you, it's appreciated! Yes, I've been a sub for a while! Let's Go Cards!

17:25 You'd win your bet. Dobbs said in a presser that #14 was the 3rd read on that play. This game is why the Cards cut Colt, traded for Dobbs and kept Tune as a project. Dobbs has managed their games very well. Kyler has a role model for how it's supposed to work.

Watched this game live and thought Dobbs did a really impressive job, hopefully he can stay consistent for a few more games and put himself in a position to be a starter somewhere. As a Niners fan though this Cards team has me sweating, this next game is gonna be tough.

I view someone like Jacoby Brissett as a Journeyman. He's had many opportunities to start & is now an older backup.

Even without these, one can see some progress. Week One, he overthrew a ton but was simply inaccurate. On every pass. Much like the QB they released. Week Two this stopped in the first half. Either he, the receivers or both got tired mid-game because the 2nd half, passes were being dropped. But that's 'generally.' JT spotted a _LOT_ of stuff I missed. But sometimes the general allows you to catch things. Dobbs _wants_ to win! Whether it's for pride, the team etc. he is making this work. Kudos to whatever coaches that allow, don't screw up or are complicit in encouraging or creating that atmosphere (I have trouble believing it could be Gannon) but without any stars currently on the roster _The Team_ is playing to win. That makes every game worth watching. I'm still pissed they let the Giants come back though.

For me it's Fields. He didn't stare & hold onto the ball like before so I want to see how badly his team failed him *this* time. Kmet seemed to play better than last week, Moore dropped *one pass* but it was a big one & not part of a pattern. But the rest of the team IS garbage now. Too many injuries on the o-line & the defense is being coached horrifyingly bad. Just run & pass outside on them, they don't cover there.

Dobbs looks like a good QB. Good fundamentals, good reads, good arm. He probably studies more football than Kyler too. 14:30 He's trying to bend it around #1 who almost got a hand on it.

yeah agree 100% on that... that incompletion was on the receiver. There was a huge lane at the LOS to throw through and #1 was buzzing hard into the window. The WR should be throttling down a tick in that window and Dobbs tried to slow him down with the throw but the WR wasn't on the same page. Not his fault.

I loved this game.. it was fun to watch the Cards just expose the poser Cowboys. They were gassed and looked like they had no idea what they were doing, like it was going to be a cakewalk. It's fun to watch teams play HARD for their own pride and coach. It just is, no quit, always fighting and "Lets go!"

First of all it's JT's team and second, Dobbs is getting credit and but one can dream of the upside the team has with Kyler under center. Dobbs is balling and is the perfect backup right now however the whole team has improved under the new regime so when the guy whom gets paid to be our franchise qb returns we can finally see who, what and where we are headed.

Minnesota's OL has been playing well since Risner, and Minnesota has 2 WRs better than anything Arizona has in JJ and Addison. Minnesota's defense is also much improved this season thanks mostly to Brian Flores.

He’ll be a backup at least until they’ve had some time with him, let him adjust as a backup, and see what they’re looking at. As that progresses, it’ll just be a matter of how he looks compared to Hall, and the fact that they only traded for the rest of his year, while this is the first of Hall’s contracted 4 years. I’d imagine even they don’t know yet, but there is no doubt that Hall will be Sunday’s QB vs Atlanta. I could certainly see Dobbs doing well on the Vikings’ starter squad though. He’d have better protection and targets than he’s ever known in his life (although not a great run game to depend on)

As much as I love Kyler, the play like the shallow TD pass to Hollywood , Kyler isn’t making that play. His height. He wouldn’t have able to get the ball over / or around those defenders in his face. He would’ve went down or threw it way up to corner , which who knows what happens
