Back in the early 2000s I was on my way to work very early in central London and when I got off the tube (metro) I saw Robert Downey Jr waiting on the platform and immediately did a double take, he smiled and said "morning" and got on the train. I then in disbelief fell up the stairs like a complete idiot because I was looking back at the train. Turns out he was in the UK promoting The Singing Detective
