I lost my baby brother a few months ago to cancer. My family were totally devastated, to lose a young man or any family member to something so unforgiving as a brain tumor was unfair. I was the only one of my parents & older siblings not to cry, for I wanted to be the anchor for my family. I chose this very special to play at the funeral. When the song stated, photos of my beloved brothers life flashed on the wall. It was then I cried for the first time in two weeks. This beautiful song touched me so much.I miss my brother & I was proud he was my brother..Thank Josh, thank you ...

December 6th 2004 was my father's funeral, and we played this song in his honour. Two days later Josh sang it back to us, his wife and children, at his concert in Amsterdam. We were supposed to be going with dad, but unfortunately his liver cancer didn't give him enough time. To this day it's got such a special place in my heart!

May all the victims of 9/11 RIP and may our hearts, prayers and condolences go out to their families and loved ones. 🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸 I was at the museum at the World Trade Center not too long ago and it was very powerful. Very powerful. When I left the museum, I saw a man standing by one of the fountains which were the original footprints of the towers. He was looking down on a name that had a white rose laying next to it. He was also holding a white rose. I knew right then and there that that was a loved one he lost on September 11th.

Who can say for certain Maybe you're still here I feel you all around me Your memories so clear Deep in the stillness I can hear you speak You're still an inspiration Can it be That you are my Forever love And you are watching over me From up above. Fly me up to where you are Beyond the distant star I wish upon tonight To see you smile If only for a while To know you're there A breath away's not far to where you are. Are you gently sleeping Here inside my dream? And isn't faith believing All power can't be seen As my heart holds you Just one beat away I cherish all you gave me Everyday Cause you are my Forever love Watching me From up above And I believe That angels breathe And that love will live on And never leave Fly me up to where you are Beyond the distant star I wish upon tonight To see you smile If only for a while To know you're there A breath away's not far to where you are. I know you're there A breath away's not far to where you are ♥

the concert was filmed on September 11th (or close to the date) - the American flags were a tribute to those who lost their lives that day.
@luannpatterson58882 жыл бұрын
It was filmed the 10 & 11th. The flag thing was sort of spur of the moment. He wore the same clothes both nights. There was a special taping the night of the 12th & fan club members got to go. Those 3 days were magical! I’ll never forget them.
