@@chrisjames8835 , this band is a little different, especially Josh on what is like metaphysical. This reminds me of transcendental meditation. . He’s definitely into peace love and harmony. I said it before and I’ll say it again here. These boys, excuse me young men are hippies from the past. I’ve entertained the idea of who they might of been in past bands of deceased members who died over 25 years ago . Back to make it work or try 1 more time. Interesting concept if I must say it myself.

That was absolutely incredible. I’ve never been able to meditate before, my mind wandered too much, but I just had an out of body experience, and when he said to slowly open my eyes when I was ready, I did, and I was crying. It was so strange and beautiful. When he said my body would feel lighter with each breath, it really did. This is now going to become my nightly routine. I have severe anxiety, but I felt none as I was guided through this meditation. Thank you, Josh. Truly.

I just want to say that as a tattoo artist I find it very hard to find time outside of my busy schedule, as grateful as I am for that, it’s very hard to find the time to ground myself and stretch. The past few years I've felt I've never been able to completely breathe. With a pancreatic cancer diagnosis to my mom in highschool, entering college in a pandemic, everything is everything all the time. Taking care of my family while we navigate disease. For the first time in these years that have gone by, this made me feel like I was able to stop and take a breath. That it was safe to stop my mind. That I didn't need to be everywhere. I won't lie it made me emotional, but it felt like a cleanse, rather than experiencing sadness or anger that I've felt clouded by. The panic attack I was experiencing before this mediation started is completely gone. Thank you 💕

I know Josh must have put so much of his time and effort into this, so much care into this meditation, that we would be hanging on to every word and I felt all of it with all of the sincerity he intended. This was so beautiful, so well performed and written. I was able to calm my adhd brain from wandering, which has always been one of my biggest struggles with meditation, I think knowing it's Josh made me feel safe and loved.
