Boy was that a hard pill to swallow. For much of that game I felt like "We're going back to the Super Bowl!" But then the roof caved in. Even if the Ravens went to the AFC Championship Game last year and lost to the Chiefs dynasty, that game was the closest I think that they've come to a Super Bowl since their last title in 2012 just because of the fact that they knew how to play the Patriots and I don't think anyone else outside of New England that was still left in the AFC playoff picture was capable of beating them.
@mk-ultramags11075 ай бұрын
Like they mention, that Ravens D was impossible to run against and they'd do it with 3 or 4 man fronts. They'd drop everyone else in coverage, play you physically and make you earn every single yard. I never felt comfortable vs those Ravens as a Pats fan.

The Harbaugh Ravens were, imo, the best competitor and the opponent I was most afraid of as a Pats fan during the Brady years. He coached those teams to always be ready, and they were never afraid. The schemes were right, the players were insanely talented, the execution was quality. Mad respect to the Ravens.
@michaelhession21054 ай бұрын
@@BobbieBalldo Well it took that team a few years to figure out how to beat the Patriots in a game with Super Bowl aspirations. And once they did, every time they played New England, they always gave the Pats issues. This could be their legacy against Mahomes too if they eventually can beat them.
