My mom died in January. I saw her almost every week, including during the pandemic. While I sometimes felt that we were 'all talked out' - she lived to 94 - I miss her every day.

Josh and his mother have a sweet relationship, which is quite refreshing, since so many people in American society only want to get far away from their parents, especially their mothers, I always like seeing Josh and his mom talking and interacting, you can feel the genuine love and caring between them... ❤ :-) New Orleans

On this day of 1986. Great Lakes IL, US Navy bootcamp. Our CC ordered us to wait here for mail, we laid down on the hard deck and went to sleep. What felt like 12 minutes was 3 hours. I woke up and pat my shipmate on the ankle, shhh wake up. I could here this ruckus of recruits moving to Attention. A micro second later the CC slams the steel door open and silence.
