On the topic of making reports look good... theres still many companies that will regulary fire a bunch of people before the report and forecasts are generated so that it looks good, then hire more people a few months later. Short term it makes sense. Ut long term all the employees hate it and productivity goes way down as everyone only does whats necessary to not get fired. Its really weird

I never completed soul reaver, there was damage to the disk so whenever the post boss cut scene happened to show him absorbing the soul the game would crash. I was able to use cheats to give myself each ability the boss should unlock, but the game really didn't work as nicely as it should when post boss there was no direction(because the game still expected you to kill the first boss).
