Every time Vivec City is mentioned, I'm wondering if there would be a sort of a creepypasta about a "Lost Canton" circulating between the citizens and visitors of the city alike. Something that is basically Elder Scrolls version of The Backrooms. And because of how cosmology works in the ES, they are actually somewhat real. Sometime you just take a wrong turn somewhere, looking for the Mages Guild or whatever and find out you are strolling through an empty canton, hearing only vague hum and splash of water. You see other cantons, but they are now empty as well. And the troubles begin when you realize that the Lost Canton is actually... not entirely empty after all.

The fact you can actually do this is actually insane. I think I tried doing something similar by making a weapon which casts Recall on Target after having cast a Mark over a death pit, but it didn’t work because You can’t do Recall on Target 😢

Ironically, I really loved Vivec when I first played Morrowind way back. Really only because its indoors and my laptop at the time could actually load the areas pretty fast. (outdoor maps typically took 3-5mins). Man, i used to be such a patient gamer.

4:30:00 the converse is also true that people who misspell a/o slightly misuse words tried learning them from conversation and never read a formal sentence or definition of the word and the best thing to do is give them friendly advice towards the spelling or meaning. people mistake familiarity for understanding all the time. funny about pronounciations, you then use the great example shiboleth. i always put the emphasis on the second syllable like a dummy. but i always pronounce "emphasis" and "syllable" in the same manner in that phrase.

I personally love the leveling system in Morrowind. It rewards mastery starting at character creation, which incentivizes replayability with different builds & playstyles, while also promoting steady increase in all your skills despite your build. It also works as a brilliant money sink which allows for time-efficient powerleveling. To top it off, it is not super necessary to do it all the time unless you are such a munchkin that you can’t be satisfied with a mixture of normal “suboptimal” level ups with bullshit min-maxed ones to counteract each other for the sake of preserving fun

No it's a reference, there are three other instances of a Nord Barbarian being pestered disabled by a witch (arguably only two as one of the "Witches" was likely just a healer the Nord got handsy with) and left naked in the base game, one of whom is Paralyzed and needs you top give him a potion to cure his condition.

I'd say you turned the gamma up a bit too much, the game is actually painfull to look at now. Also Indoril (Ordinator) Armor is Medium Armor not Heavy. Her Hand's Armor (High Ordinator) Armor is Heavy Armor though, that is the silver varient from Tribunal. ' This is notable as it was origionally the best Medium Armor in the Game being Medium's equivalent of Glass or Ebony, (Technically this was supposed to be Adamantium but this was only added by a Official Plugin, and was statistically worse than Indoril) yet tragically not being as Protective as Glass Armor, and causing Ordinators to become hostile when worn. (Beyond Tragic as it is one of the best looking Armor in the game) Fortunately Royal Guard Armor was added in Tribunal, which is statistically more in line with what Indoril (or Adamantium) Should have been (Plus is arguably just as sleek as Indoril, though sadly in a VERY different way)... Heavy Armor is important though as there is no Light or Medium Equivalent of Deadric Armor, with the only armor with remotely comperable stats being Her Hands Armor, which is itself also Heavy Armor.
