Hey get your camera man to stop moving with your movements. Just tell him to get you in the full shot and keep the camera steady, very annoying to have the camera move so much. You're to good to have someone not knowing what they're doing. Sorry for being critical but it's hard to watch.

Regular squats don't activate the hamstrings. They are considered relatively ineffective for the hamstrings. Hamstringscextend the hip and flex the knee.

This was a fantastic demo. I have had a hip replacement- full socket, ball and bone implant, can you do a piece on people like myself as I’ve been too scared to do legs/ glutes since the procedure. I’m young, wore my hip out due to heavy lifting and incorrect foot placement. #regrets
