Hi Josh, great video. Just a question about setting this up with a small business. If I set up passwords and folders that I then want to share with colleagues, and set up passkeys, are those passkeys separate for each person (ie related to our separate laptops/phones) or are they associated with the password manager? I recognise that it's better that each user has a separate login, but, as a small biz, sometimes we only buy one shared licence for a site. Hey! Thanks so much for the comment and kind words. So, if you want to use NordPass with your team members, then you will definitely need to pay per user. After that, you can use Google Workspace SSO. You may want to get a quote for Enterprise as well, because it come with professional support, more SSO features, etc.

Great guide. I am still a little confused about the account password vs master password. So for a remote hacker to gain access and view your passwords, they would need to both be able to log into your NordPass account with the account password + 2FA, and then also enter the master password, correct? And let's assume a hacker got into your account but didn't know the master password. They would be prevented from getting to your passwords unless they also had the master password recovery code, correct?

Thank you and great question! Exactly, they would need your Nord account password, access to your MFA, and your master password. Even if they gained access to your email, they could only reset your Nord account password. You can't reset the master password without your recovery code. Just make sure you don't check "remember this device" or anything that would allow you to stay logged in. Hope this answers your question!

I presently use "Last Pass" but I 'm sure I'm going to change to NordPass. However, I use chromebooks and lot (I have 2) and also a HP laptop Pc. Will I have a problem using NordPass on them and can I set up NordPass on more than one PC?

Great questions! It looks like the extension will work fine on Chromebooks, since it's just a browser extension. The previous desktop application wasn't supported on Chromebooks. And no, you won't have any issues. You can simply install the NordPass browser extension on those other devices.

Hey! Glad to hear that. The best thing you can do is search for backend web developers on Upwork, use tips from my previous videos to find the highest earning freelancers, and then look at their work history. That will give you the best idea of the demand, pay, etc. Regarding AI, I think the developers who know how to use AI will win.

I really wanted this to work, but it was a nightmare! Biggest issue I had was the two-step verification process. It would take 15-20 minutes to get the OTP code. So then I selected "call me"...that never worked at all. Anyway...disappointing, considering all the effort over two days. Hope I get my refund!

It's not an app, it's a browser extension. Have you tried using Google Chrome on your Mac instead of Safari? Your NordPass account password has nothing to do with the extension. If you're having issues with your password (Nord account or NordPass) then you will need to contact support. I hope you get everything sorted out! support@nordpass.com
