Was just going to comment on the clicking sound as you drive it. I agree with RC everyday it's probably bone dry in the axles and probably is in the transmission and transfer case also. Freaking love the fact it that it has a full metal cage, beadlock rims and tons of other aluminum and metal accessories. And got to love those beefy axles that should last longer than the truck, minus a gear here and there!😉. Keep up the good work and love the videos!

I love that ford bronco! I need to sell a few of my rc's to get the full kit. I do like that they do have the chassis and body kit separate, along with all the other parts. Great video! can't wait to see more of what you do with it.

Sorry, I'm a little late to the party!! Lol, TFL is a rc marine racing company that's venturing in to land based rc. They make a fully rtr catamaran that's almost 6ft long, run 12s power. It's so insane. But that's prob why the body is fg. Some of their stuff is Carbon fiber. The attention to detail and quality is incredible in their speed boats, and it doesnt look like they skipped on quality with this bronco. So killer!! Cant wait ti finish this series lol

Note the driveshaft comment up above that says there’s a weak point, where he’s already broken his front shaft. I have to think that can be solved because this is such an awesome looking kit. I dig the chassis and body duo.

Those TFLs are sweet!! If I am not mistaken ,all of the major components are direct bolt on for Axial.

Looks like alot of it would swap right on the an scx10. Maybe even the forward mounted engine and trans.

BANGOOD is awesome. have used them numerous times. Very reliable. BUT sometimes you do have to wait for some items. And when you see a good price check your shipping cost. I usually will order a bunch of stuff at one time to make the most of shipping.

Yes! The shops compete using the shipping cost as an adjuster. Even within a shop …if it’s something like metric hardware …you can find different pages with with slightly better prices, same as with eBay.

I ordered one and also ordered the Body kit. that cost 177.00. I will be using SSD trans and there Diamond axles. I may try the AR 60 Diamond axles wit 2.2 wheels and tires. I found the kit on ebay because Baggood didn't have the body kit in stock.

Tube is hollow. This classifies as rod, maybe wire if you ask some. Faux tube frame made of rod.

But living in Canada and looking at a $800 price tag? Sorry but not going to be part of my collection.. From watching some other videos I got the impression that Banggood service is lacking. 186th like,great video as always,don't know how I feel about the truck,32 pitch gears,huge axle differentials,somewhat fragile fiberglass body,the windshield frame will probably be trashed on the first rollover,and to top it all off,a LS power plant,what a slap in the face lol Great video brother,but I'm definitely on the fence with the truck.

I have a TFL Bronco and on the third run today the rear Dogbone drive shaft snapped, both left and right. On inspection, I can see they tooled two points on the shaft 1mm thinner as to create a weak point. I can't understand why anyone would do this except engineered to fail. Anyway, bought 2 pairs of new ones to also replace the front as I assume the front ones will have the same problem.

Contact them and ask. You might get replacements out of it, tho probably not upgraded.

Just a question from a noob, but why were the axles clicking like that when you turned them by hand? Is it because you were backdriving them? Is it normal? I'm guessing so since you didn't comment on it...

They just sound a little dry. Ill have to open them up and grease them before I run it. The sound threw me off a second but they spun freely. Only point of reference I have is RC4wd axles Ive had before that came dry as a bone. lol

Perhaps that's it. My only reference I had was the Boom Racing alu axle I used on the back of my hot rod, it was smooth and quiet, but only when driven from the input shaft, I'm pretty sure I couldn't even turn it by hand via the shafts.

Nice video man. Did you say that the body is made of Fiberglass ? What kind of paint would you use on it? Would the same work for ABS plastic?

It needs a little more prep work. The gel coat on the fiberglass needs to be roughed up a little to get anything to stick to it. I used regular rustoleum spray paint on it.

I did just spray it, its been a while but i remember I didnt sand it the first go round and had peeling issues. It came out ok, not amazing. It comes with a light gel coat already on it, at least thats what it looked like.

Banggood is ok but keep in mind, the shipping generally takes 5 to 6 weeks. If you have a return or damaged item you will be required to send a video of the issue along with an explination of what is wrong. If parts are missing, they will send you replacemts. Dont expect them to send you an entire vehicle if one part is bad like Amazon does. They are NOT Amazon. Order well ahead of what you may need. I order several things at a time to save waiting time. They generally sell replacement parts for what they sell, just remember, you get what you pay for on Banggood. Quality sometimes is lacking. As far as shipping, its generally free but dont expect great care in packing. Usually the box the item comes in is it, they throw it in a greasy gritty bag with mabe a wrap or two of foam padding, but generally not. They do not use additional boxes to protect anything. Expect crushed boxes and slightly warped items from being shipped. Their service for me have been good. I buy a ton of stuff from them.

Banggood beats Amazon in every way, in my experience. It doesn’t have to be a video it can be a photo of the item and that’s all you need to do they’re just trying to protect themselves from scammers where Amazon just passes is the cost back onto us. I suggest a Banggood as more of a store front whereas Amazon is a warehouse operation so the packaging varies depending on who you’re purchasing from. Amazon just over-packages everything.
