I just posted it a week back…you visited and came back already? Frankly my experience was all good - except maybe food because I’m a vegetarian and prefer to eat protein rich diet which was hard to get there. The only other challenge was language but again had a guide who spoke fluent Kazakh, Russian and English, plus she was a historian, so not really true struggle here as well.

Hello, I'm from Almaty, Kazakhstan. In May, you can't see snow here. Snow here is available:) only from late October till March. It's not that cold in May here, and starting in June, we sometimes have hot weather or sometimes very hot. Idk, you can visit KZ anytime, but if you want to see snow, then it's not the right time in May.

Thank you so much! The best time to visit depends on what you b want do. I travelled in July and it was great to do c most stuff, though it can get sometimes (not like India in summers though). However, if you want explore snow and winter adventures, you must plan after November 🙌

In Almaty it’s good I was told but can’t say about other places. We used a taxi for pretty much all our travels there…

North Indian has 20-25% Central Asian genes (today's kazakhstan) specially in Ror,Jaat, Khatri and Brahmins community . Early Brahmins...who wrote Vedas. Europians also has Central asian genes. Some groups of central asian migrated to India and some to Europe

For travel within the city, you can use Yandex and local buses. Yandex cab be used for outside the city too or you can book a local taxi, or hire a travel agency 👍

Thank you! Food could be a bit of challenge outside big cities as options will be limited. I’m vegetarian too and survived quite ok there.
