8:38 sometimes we can't see the big picture, saying these things: who actually owns the land ? It may sound philosophical but it is necessary for a land to be a part of the country, so the other parts beyond that land could be safe, the people can live in a place where they don't need to be afraid of the government or military (Pak and China), they can live peacefully and earn.
