Please read this josh ❤ your goals are to fill all the collection slots and get bis for all of it, please buy the things and sell them back to the store. I.e. you don't need the gold med helm and the gold full helm at the same time. (It's your choice) but selling them back to the store makes a lot of sense and will save you an incredible amount of time. The halos are purely cosmetic so you can buy and sell back instantly.

Fun Chunk Fact: You can get to Ferox Enclave from Castle Wars. There is a portal in Ferox to Castle Wars that says it is one way, which is true most of the time. A while back they made Castle Wars F2P and on F2P Worlds, the doors are closed and clicking on them offers you a teleport back to Ferox so F2P players have a way out aside from home tele. So if you wanted, you could treat the Castle Wars to Ferox Enclave like the Wizards' Guild portals for chunk rolling, but since it is only on F2P worlds it seems reasonable to exclude.

In my grind for bis F2P gear I wanted the gold shield and gold boots. This requires 1000 tickets to own them simultaneously. While it was a bit numbing to grind out the minimum 334 games I did discover that if you emptied the castle wars potion vials you would end up with empty vials after the match. I collected 8,885 vials on a F2P hardcore ironman XD. I got to watch a lot of netflix and I learned a lot about pathing doing weird dances with my alt I was boosting with... Final note: you can't get random events during the match or in the waiting rooms so wait the few minutes between matches to get your lamps. the "Random Event Analytics" plugin was a godsend for this. Goodluck out there!

This is my favorite chunk series by the way! Your pacing / editing / content is wonderful. Question: For your "BiS" chunk tasks, shouldn't you technically get enough tickets to wear, all at once, the gold decorative full helm, legs, boots, shield, sword, and platebody? To wear that BiS melee set it would be 3400 tickets, and then your collection log chunk tasks, ranged BiS, magic BiS, prayer BiS would be easily completed with refunding. Fray kind of came into the chunk gray area when he first lost one of his BiS weapons. I guess the chunk task list uses the word "obtain", but to me that defeats the purpose of BiS vs Collection Log. Just a thought! Either way, will keep eagerly awaiting & watching, just curious is all. Castle wars is pretty chill and AFK if u need it to be luckily.

So i had said in your previous video that limpwurt was the best one chunk man but i loved your series too, i wanted to clarify. I said that because limpwurt has the longest running one chunk series with the most progress and the strictest rules that I can find and he has proved basically no grind will kill his series. That being said your storytelling in the yanille chunk was fantastic and had a lot more production quality than any of the other one chunks I have seen. Really want this series to keep rolling.

A thing to consider, Castle Wars and Ferox Enclave are connected in F2P. In F2P just go through the Castle Wars front doors to get there and take Ferox's Castle Wars Portal to get back. Not sure what the rule is since it's only on certain worlds but might be relevant so figured should let you know. If so sorry I think, but is new area to access.

I actually watched the castle wars episode first and then went back and just finished all the Yanille stuff. I really like all the guest stars that were in castle wars and Josh was so fun I decided to stick around for all of it.

If I am not mistaken, you can train hunter. With the addition of forestry you can get hunter exp from the fox encounter. I know you can't get the forestry bag, but I dont know for sure if getting the bag is a requirement to participate in events. Then with leveled hunter you can go into puro puro through the wheat field in town. Implings give you access to bow strings, and therefore a bow.

Fun fact: Decorative armor set red & white (not gold) aren't broken or lost on death when PK'ed in below lvl 20 wildy or on a PVP world. So the white is BiS no risk "mithril" armor. May come in handy if you roll a wildy chunk someday.

technically most of the items from cwars are bis upgrades so surely you have to obtain them all, including full gold decorative surely?

He will obtain them all with 800 tickets, he'll trade it all in for the log, but since he'll still have the 800 tickets hell probably use the gold sword (500) and probably the white full set inc boots (290), maybe the blue Cape (10) just to round it out to 800. So the 100 hours castle wars he'll walk away with basically a full set of mithril armour plus boots and an addy longsword. Big upgrades.

@strawbs7208 because of his ability to trade bits in on the fly I think he'll do it how i suggested, he's got better mage armour and the range castlewars armour actually has no range attack bonus, so for 800 required tickets full mith and the addy sword is a good day to day upgrade, especially when it's that or 500 extra hours for the full addy

Btw, you can technically green log castle wars with way less tokens by buying and selling back to the shop for a full refund. Wonder what route you'll take when you roll it

Castle Wars lobby should also unlock Ferox Enclave as a roll-able chunk for you. If you hop to a F2P world in the CW lobby then you can travel back and forth between Ferox and CW via the double doors. Unlocking Ferox would also allow you to roll Soul Wars Lobby and all of the Canoe stations.
