@@layneupcott6089 I made $0 off of customers today, I've been mostly retired the last 10 years, I do a couple consulting projects a year to keep the old thinker nimble, then beach and boat all summer and ski all winter ..... The point was, he said $200 in 4 minutes or whatever.... Then he agreed to $149 before any cost deduction, I actually quite like this kid, he's quite the hustler! I can respect that, he low level negotiates fluently, I can respect that but you don't get into board rooms being asked advice on how to fix significant corporate challenges with the ability to convince an old lady she needs her windows washed for $149.... If you have a brain and want to use it for bigger challenges than convincing home owners to have a service done, you typically need a useful degree..... And in most cases an MBA.

Okay for everyone wondering why hating on this guy .... First he started the video with " school for suckers " and showing how he makes a lot of easy money and that has a really bad influence on teenagers cause it's " an adult with experience and knowledge " telling u that school is bull shit whilst if u studied hard and got a good degree and a real job u will be making much more money than this guy can dream of . Second is how he makes his money by knocking on rich and old people's houses begging them ....and the only reason they accept it is that he has a teenage vibe which makes it feel like it's not a scam ( cause imagine a big man asking u for money in exchange for cleaning your house ) and he asks for a little money in exchange for " a lot of work " which is not a real smart thing to do cuz houses which need to be cleaned will end someday so this job is so risky and it depends on the people who accept to give u a bunch of dollars for cleaning .( It seems like it's a good way to start but it's not because u need to a lot of houses to be able to collect enough money to have a real business while not a lot of people accepts things like that and also you are using a thing that is "Unsustainable business" ) Third he is doing ads for his teaching course in a site that my sister makes better than it for fun ( she started learning 2 months ago ) ....but to be fair he says in his site u can refund if u Didn't like it Fourth is he lies too much in his videos most of the time it's about the money he makes per day ( he mostly says 1000 dollar per day ) while he should be having a whole team doing the work and what they normally get from " a deal " is about 250 dollars . My reasons to hate his videos is his bad influence on teenagers and all his lies (Btw sorry if there are any grammar mistakes )

And u can't even say it's rounded because 149 would be closer to $100 rather than $200. Another thing is he said he would make it in 20s so first, he closed the deal he didn't make any bucks yet. And secondly even just closing the deal wasn't 20s. And last but not least he said, he will make $200. In the end it's his team/company that make the money. He's just bullshiting y'all like he does with the ppl. Slightly tweaking numbers to look more appealing 🤷🏼‍♂️

Even though people in comments are saying this isn't worth I disagree. Very well executed sale's tactics. No pushy sales or upsells but just noraml talk with client and value vs price comparison, marvelous job. And for all ppl saying it isn't worth the time or money, you can probably find a window cleaning firm or even a freelance contractor that could do it for like $50 to 100$ so, sure cleaning all the windows can take time but if its just a simple wash you can see how this can be done fairly easy and simple.

Being an entrepreneur is not easy guys but don't be discouraged. Here's good points. 1. Solve a problem and offer a better solution. So dont think of an idea. Think of a problem to solve. This is very important. 2. When you have a solution to a problem be different meaning you can offer lower cost or offer be quality or better delivery times. Something differentiated. 3. If you don't have large reserves of money it will be hard to compete in mature markets. So better to create a product or service that is innovative. And enter a newer market that's growing. Example a.i, sustainable consumption these markets are growing fast so easier to open a company in this. So live in the future and build something you find interesting and solves an actual problem better than other pelle and do it. Take action. It's easy to operate up a company if you have millions of dollars and compete in mature markets you would take ricardian position. However if low reserves you'd take a entrepreneurial position which involves new growth markets, improving existing product and services and keep it simple.

Here is a marketing fact: Most stores don’t have sales. They just make up a price (say like $500) as the “original” price, then they make the price look lower than that (say like $349). And say it’s the “discount” price when in reality the discounted price is what that item worth. It may seem like common sense but trust me, people can fall for this all the time.

School is not useless, and neither is hustle. Going to school and paying a lot for a zero value degree is (from a net income standpoint) useless, in the same way that investing resources into a failed business is useless. I made more $ as a result of my education than the business endeavors where I did not use my education - that said, starting and failing at my own business was, in its own way, some schooling

What’s your cost to perform the job? How much do you pay your employees? How many jobs a day do you need to sell a day to make a decent living? One time sales are great and all but recurring business is where it’s at.

Everyone criticizing this kid because he didn't make $200. Instead he made $149. How much did you make writing your negative comment? He'll be a millionaire in one to two years and you'll still be posting negative comments

Rule of business never start with the price you give over charge a little higher then drop it down to what you really want because that would appear as a discount Think about supply and demand

Everyone says that lowering the price to get the deal done isn't a good tactic to earn money. But I really don't think it's about making money here, but rather building up costumers. Possibly 150 was the original, actual price. By lowering the fake original price down to the real original price, it will seem cheaper and the people will most likely buy. You know? However, if they had bought at 200 already then that would have been even better for him of course.
