Hi Gary! Jake here from the Dart Frog Department! I would recommend starting with like 10-15 per frog and adjust from there. With crickets, it's better to be a bit more conservative with the feeding because uneaten crickets will grow and they can potentially irritate the frogs. If there's a lot of insects left in the tank the next day feed fewer until there's little to none left
