दिल्ली में उनका सफर आसान नहीं था। रहने और खाने की समस्याओं के बीच उन्होंने पढ़ाई जारी रखी। परंतु जब एक के बाद एक परीक्षाओं में असफलता मिली तो Toshi गहरे अवसाद में चली गईं। मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के बाद उन्होंने खुद को संभाला और अपने जीवन में नया रास्ता तलाशने का फैसला किया।
उनका रुचि मेकअप और स्किनकेयर में थी इसलिए उन्होंने एक कोर्स किया और ₹4000 महीने की नौकरी से अपने नए करिअर की शुरुआत की। धीरे-धीरे, अपने कौशल और मेहनत के दम पर, उन्होंने इस इंडस्ट्री में बड़ा नाम कमाया। Toshi ने फिर खुद का एस्थेटिक सैलून बिजनेस शुरू किया। शुरुआती दिनों में निवेश और मार्केटिंग को लेकर संघर्ष रहा, लेकिन उनके नए विचार को धीरे-धीरे पहचान मिली।

In this Josh Talks video, meet Toshi Singh from Banaras, who has achieved a remarkable milestone through her determination and hard work.
Toshi's dream was to clear the UPSC exam and bring pride to her family and her hometown, Banaras. However, the path to fulfilling this dream was filled with challenges. Her father initially opposed the idea, saying that it was time for her to get married and that studying in Delhi would not be safe for a girl. Despite this, Toshi convinced her family and set out for Delhi to prepare for UPSC.
Her journey in Delhi was far from easy. She faced difficulties with accommodation and food but continued her studies relentlessly. However, repeated failures in various state PCS and UPSC exams led Toshi into deep depression. After battling mental health challenges, she decided to rebuild herself and carve a new path in life.
Toshi had a keen interest in makeup and skincare, so she enrolled in a course and began her career with a job that paid ₹4000 per month. Gradually, through her skills and dedication, she made a name for herself in the industry. Eventually, Toshi started her own aesthetic salon business. The initial days were tough, with struggles around investment and marketing, but her innovative idea gradually gained recognition.
Today, her salon business is thriving, with an annual turnover of ₹80 lakh. Her story is an inspiration for everyone who dares to dream big and has the courage to struggle and work hard to achieve those dreams.
