It may be inspiring for some people though it is toxic at the same time and still wonder why would a researcher leave it's intesrest and go for govt job which has become a cult as well as toxic for country Only two people get benefit from this video one is Josh talks and other is the candidate

Its a good initiative , but instead of extending talk by telling the struggles , to the point tell the exact mistakes which a person did What she / he improved & some additional Learnings she want to give that she learnt in her journey .
